4. No Refund Policy

All HPP purchases are final.

• Because HPP delivers immediate digital access to the full experience upon enrollment, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to listen to the audios

• Personal schedule conflicts

• Emotional dissatisfaction

• Removal due to violation of terms

• Subsequent enrollment in NL³ or other Emily Freeman Coaching offerings

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. to resolve the issue may result in immediate removal from HPP and the HPP community, forfeiture of access, and potential legal action for recovery of fees and associated costs.

5. NL³ Upgrade Bonus (If Applicable)

Members who enroll in Next Level Love League ("NL³") during their personalized 48-hour upgrade window — which opens on Day 5 of their HPP journey — may be eligible for an additional bonus included with their NL³ membership.

When applicable, this bonus includes:

• One (1) private 30-minute Aligned Attraction call with Emily Freeman, available to members who join NL³ within the first 24 hours of their HPP upgrade window.

This bonus:

• Is available on either the monthly or annual NL³ membership

• Must be claimed and scheduled within the NL³ membership terms

• Is governed by the NL³ Terms & Conditions

• Has no cash value and is non-transferable

After the first 24 hours of the upgrade window, the bonus call is no longer included, though the 48-hour upgrade window remains open. After 48 hours, NL³ returns to waitlist-only access.

The HPP purchase itself does not include any private sessions with Emily Freeman.

6. Community Standards & Conduct

• All HPP community members agree to:

• Engage respectfully and maturely

• Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' disclosures

• Share from personal experience rather than offering unsolicited advice or coaching

• Refrain from diagnosing, fixing, or using "should" language toward other members

• Avoid posturing, comparison, hierarchy, or judgment in shared reflections

• Discuss sex and intimacy only in grounded, non-graphic, non-objectifying language

• Refrain from political or religious preaching

• Refrain from spam, self-promotion, or sharing external links and offers

• Avoid using HPP to aggressively solicit romantic, personal, or business relationships

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves sole discretion to determine what constitutes disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, predatory, or harmful behavior.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the HPP community without refund or restoration of access.

7. Member-to-Member Interactions

Members may voluntarily engage with one another inside the HPP community space.

• Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.:

• Does not screen members for compatibility

• Does not supervise private communications

• Is not responsible for member-to-member interactions

• Is not liable for emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcomes arising from such interactions

Members engage with one another at their own discretion and risk.

8. Recordings & Digital Content

HPP content is delivered through pre-recorded audios, video, and written reflections.

• Members may not:

• Share login credentials

• Download and redistribute the audios or video

• Copy, screenshot, or repurpose any portion of the materials

• Use content for commercial purposes

By enrolling, you consent to use of the HPP materials within the boundaries of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within HPP — including but not limited to:

• Audio transmissions

• Video content

• Frameworks

• Written materials

• Reflection prompts

• Methods and processes are the intellectual property of Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.

Members may not:

• Share login credentials

• Distribute recordings or videos

• Copy or repurpose materials

• Use content for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in removal and legal action.

10. Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge:

• Coaching content may be emotionally activating

• Relationship reflection may surface discomfort

• Growth requires personal responsibility

Members are solely responsible for:

• Their decisions

• Their actions

• Their emotional regulation

• Their relational choices

11. Not Therapy / No Licensed Services

Emily Freeman is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, attorney, or financial advisor.

HPP does not provide:

• Mental health treatment

• Psychological diagnosis

• Medical advice

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

Members are encouraged to seek licensed professional support when appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Emotional distress

• Relationship outcomes

• Member-to-member interactions

• Financial losses

• Indirect or consequential damages

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the member's own risk.

13. Termination

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to:

• Modify program structure

• Update curriculum and content

• Remove members who violate these Terms

• Sunset the HPP product with reasonable notice where possible

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the member to a refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

15. Acceptance

By enrolling in High-Performance Polarity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Community Standards, and Participation Guidelines.
