Terms, Community Standards & Participation Agreement

Important Notice for Existing Members:

These Terms apply to members enrolling in Next Level Love League on or after June 4, 2026. Members enrolled before June 4, 2026 remain subject to the previous Terms in effect at the time of their enrollment for the duration of their current subscription cycle. Members who cancel and re-enroll on or after June 4, 2026 are subject to these updated Terms.

1. Overview

Next Level Love League ("NL³") is a private relational coaching container designed to support members in developing grounded attraction, polarity, and sustainable partnership.

By enrolling in NL³, you agree to the following Terms, Community Standards, and Participation Guidelines, in addition to the general Terms of Service of Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.

NL³ is a curated private container. Participation is a privilege, not a right.

2. Nature of Services

NL³ is:

A coaching and educational container
A structured relational development experience
A live and digital learning environment
A private community of growth-oriented adults

NL³ is not:

A matchmaking service
A dating guarantee
A therapy, counseling, or mental health service
A crisis intervention resource

Participation does not guarantee romantic outcomes, relationship formation, or specific results.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

3.1 Monthly Membership — $197/month

Monthly membership requires a binding three-month minimum commitment from the date of initial enrollment.

By enrolling in monthly membership, you authorize Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. to charge your designated payment method $197 per month for a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

The three-month minimum is a non-cancellable, non-refundable commitment. Cancellation requests received during the minimum commitment period will not be processed except where qualifying cause is documented and accepted (see Section 5, Pause Policy).

Following completion of the three-month minimum, monthly membership continues on a month-to-month basis at $197 per month until the member cancels in accordance with Section 6 (Cancellation Policy).

The member's $197 monthly rate is locked for twelve (12) months from the date of initial enrollment, provided the member does not cancel. Members who cancel and re-enroll are subject to the then-current rate.

Billing continues automatically until cancelled. It is the member's responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

3.2 Annual Membership — $1,997/year

Annual membership requires payment of $1,997 in advance for twelve (12) months of continuous access.

Annual membership is a binding twelve-month commitment. The full $1,997 payment is non-refundable in part or in whole, except where required by applicable law.

At the conclusion of the twelve-month annual term, annual membership automatically transitions to monthly membership at $197/month, billed on a month-to-month basis, unless the member:

Affirmatively elects to renew at the annual rate during the renewal window communicated in advance of the annual term's conclusion, or
Cancels their membership prior to the end of the annual term in accordance with Section 6 (Cancellation Policy).

Members transitioning from annual to monthly membership at the conclusion of their annual term are not subject to a new three-month minimum commitment, as their initial annual commitment is deemed to have satisfied that requirement.

3.3 Annual Membership — Included Private Sessions

Annual membership includes two (2) private 30-minute Aligned Attraction Sessions with Emily Freeman.

These sessions:

Must be scheduled and used within the twelve-month membership period
Do not roll over beyond the membership term
Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Are forfeited upon cancellation of membership

Unused sessions expire at the end of the annual term. Annual members who renew at the annual rate for an additional year receive two (2) new private 30-minute Aligned Attraction Sessions, subject to the same terms.

3.4 Upgrading from Monthly to Annual

Monthly members may upgrade to annual membership at any time.

If a monthly member upgrades to annual within the first thirty (30) days of initial enrollment, one monthly payment ($197) will be credited toward the annual price of $1,997, resulting in a net payment of $1,800.

If a monthly member upgrades to annual after thirty (30) days from initial enrollment, the member pays the full annual rate of $1,997 with no credit applied. Payments made on the monthly subscription prior to the upgrade are not credited toward the annual rate.

Upon upgrade to annual membership, the member's twelve-month annual term begins on the date of upgrade, and the member is subject to the terms of Section 3.2.

3.5 Failed Payments and Non-Payment

If a scheduled payment fails to process, Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. will notify the member by email and attempt to resolve the failure over a period of up to seven (7) days from the initial failure date.

If payment remains unresolved after seven (7) days, the member's access to NL³ is automatically suspended. Suspended access includes Circle, live coaching calls, and curriculum (Feminine in Love™ or Masculine in Love™). Suspension is automatic and does not require notice beyond the email communications described above.

Access reactivates immediately upon successful payment. Suspension does not constitute cancellation, and the member remains obligated under these Terms for the duration of any binding commitment period.

Termination for Non-Payment

If payment remains unresolved twenty-one (21) days after the initial failure date, the member's NL³ membership terminates by default.

Termination for non-payment results in:

Permanent loss of access to Circle, live coaching, and curriculum
Forfeiture of any unused private sessions, bonus sessions, or other unredeemed benefits
Loss of the member's twelve-month rate lock — re-enrollment, if available, is subject to the then-current rates and these Terms as then in effect

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to extend the 21-day period at its sole discretion based on direct communication from the member during the suspension window.

Continued Obligation During the Three-Month Minimum

The three-month minimum commitment described in Section 3.1 is a binding financial obligation. A member's failure to pay during this commitment period — whether by card failure, payment method removal, or any other means — does not extinguish the obligation to pay the full three-month minimum amount of $591 ($197 × 3 months).

In the event of non-payment by a member within their three-month minimum commitment, Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to:

Pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts owed under the binding commitment
Refer outstanding balances to a third-party collection service after sixty (60) days of non-payment
Pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts and any associated costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees

This Section does not apply to members who have completed their three-month minimum commitment. For post-minimum monthly members and annual members, non-payment results in account termination as described above, without further financial obligation beyond amounts already due for completed billing cycles.

Pause Clock Protection During Payment Suspension

For members within their three-month minimum commitment period, the minimum commitment clock pauses for the duration of any payment-related access suspension. The member resumes their commitment at the point at which billing was interrupted, provided payment is resolved within the 21-day window described above.

This protection applies only to access suspension caused by failed payment, not to voluntary pauses (which are addressed in Section 5).

4. No Refund Policy

All NL³ purchases are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Lack of participation
Failure to attend live calls
Failure to access or complete curriculum content
Personal schedule conflicts
Relationship outcomes
Emotional dissatisfaction
Removal due to violation of these Terms
Decision to cancel after the three-month minimum period

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. at hello@emilyfreemancoaching.com to resolve the issue may result in immediate removal from NL³ and potential legal action for recovery of fees and associated costs.

5. Pause Policy

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. offers a pause option for NL³ members under the conditions set forth below. Pauses are not refunds or partial refunds; they are temporary suspensions of billing and access.

5.1 Pause During the Three-Month Minimum Commitment

Members within their three-month minimum commitment period may request a pause for documented qualifying cause. Qualifying causes include:

Medical event affecting the member or immediate family
Death in the family or significant bereavement
Major life disruption, including job loss, divorce, relocation, or mental health crisis
Unexpected significant financial hardship, evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Pauses within the three-month minimum period are limited to a maximum of thirty (30) days, with one pause permitted per minimum commitment window.

During a pause, billing is suspended, access to Circle and curriculum is suspended, and the member's three-month minimum commitment clock pauses. The member resumes their commitment at the point at which the pause began.

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to evaluate and approve or decline pause requests at its sole discretion.

5.2 Pause Following the Three-Month Minimum, and for Annual Members

Members who have completed the three-month minimum commitment, and all annual members at any point during their membership, may request a pause for any reason, up to a maximum of sixty (60) days, with one pause permitted per twelve-month period.

Pause requests under this provision do not require qualifying cause.

During a pause, billing is suspended and access to Circle, live coaching calls, and curriculum is suspended. The member resumes membership at their previous subscription type and rate at the conclusion of the pause.

5.3 Pause Mechanics and Cancellation

All pause requests must be submitted by email to hello@emilyfreemancoaching.com with the member's preferred pause start date and pause end date.

Members may return early from a pause by emailing hello@emilyfreemancoaching.com. Billing resumes as of the date of return.

If a member does not reactivate by the end of their pause window, billing and access resume automatically.

Members may not cancel directly from a pause. Members returning from a pause must complete at least one (1) full billing cycle of active membership before submitting a cancellation request. That first billing cycle following return may be the member's final payment, provided cancellation is submitted in accordance with Section 6 (Cancellation Policy).

6. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their NL³ membership by submitting a cancellation request via email to hello@emilyfreemancoaching.com from the email address associated with their membership.

Cancellation requests are processed by Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.'s support team within one (1) business day of receipt.

6.1 Monthly Members

Monthly members may submit a cancellation request at any time following the conclusion of their three-month minimum commitment period. Cancellation requests received during the three-month minimum period will not be processed, except where qualifying cause is documented and accepted under Section 5 (Pause Policy).

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request from a monthly member who has completed their three-month minimum commitment, billing terminates at the conclusion of the member's current billing cycle. Access to Circle, live coaching, and curriculum continues through the end of the paid cycle. No further charges are made.

No advance notice period is required. No prorated refunds are provided for the partial use of a paid cycle.

6.2 Annual Members

Annual members may submit a cancellation request at any time during their annual term. Cancellation does not entitle the member to any refund of the annual payment, in part or in whole.

Upon receipt of a cancellation request from an annual member, the member's access continues through the conclusion of their paid annual period. The automatic transition to monthly membership at $197/month (described in Section 3.2) is cancelled, and the member's access ends at the conclusion of their paid annual term.

6.3 Cancellation Method

All cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@emilyfreemancoaching.com. No other method of cancellation, including but not limited to verbal requests, requests made within the Circle community, or requests made via social media, will be accepted as valid cancellation.

Members are responsible for retaining confirmation of their cancellation request. Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. provides confirmation of cancellation processing by reply email within one (1) business day of the original request.

7. Bonus Sessions (If Applicable)

Certain enrollment periods may include bonus private sessions or additional benefits.

Bonus sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at enrollment
Unused bonus sessions expire and do not carry forward
Bonus sessions are non-transferable and hold no cash value
Bonus sessions are forfeited upon cancellation of membership

8. Community Standards & Conduct

All members agree to:

Engage respectfully and maturely
Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' disclosures
Respect clearly stated boundaries
Refrain from harassment, coercion, manipulation, or inappropriate pursuit
Avoid using NL³ to aggressively solicit romantic, personal, or business relationships
Avoid promoting external programs, services, or offers

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves sole discretion to determine what constitutes disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, predatory, or harmful behavior.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from NL³ without refund.

9. Member-to-Member Interactions

Members may voluntarily connect inside or outside NL³.

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.:

Does not screen members for compatibility
Does not supervise private communications
Is not responsible for member-to-member interactions
Is not liable for emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcomes arising from such interactions

Members engage with one another at their own discretion and risk.

10. Live Calls & Recordings

Live coaching calls may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to:

Being recorded during live calls
Replay access being provided to enrolled members
Use of recordings within Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. for educational and member-support purposes

Members may choose to remain off-camera. Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to remove participants from live calls if necessary to preserve container integrity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within NL³ — including but not limited to:

Trainings
Frameworks
Recorded calls
Written materials
Methods and processes

— is the intellectual property of Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.

Members may not:

Share login credentials
Distribute recordings
Copy or repurpose materials
Use content for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in removal from NL³ and legal action.

12. Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that:

Coaching may be emotionally activating
Relationship work may surface discomfort
Growth requires personal responsibility
Members are solely responsible for:
Their decisions
Their actions
Their emotional regulation
Their relational choices

13. Not Therapy / No Licensed Services

Emily Freeman is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, attorney, or financial advisor.

NL³ does not provide:

Mental health treatment
Psychological diagnosis
Medical advice
Legal advice
Financial advice

Members are encouraged to seek licensed professional support when appropriate.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. shall not be liable for:

Emotional distress
Relationship outcomes
Member-to-member interactions
Financial losses
Indirect or consequential damages

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the member's own risk.

15. Termination

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to:

Modify program structure
Adjust scheduling
Update curriculum
Remove members who violate these Terms

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the member to a refund.

16. Modifications to These Terms

Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Emily Freeman Coaching website.

Material changes to billing structure, refund policy, or cancellation policy will be communicated to active members by email at least thirty (30) days in advance of taking effect for that member. Continued membership following the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or membership in NL³ shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

18. Acceptance

By enrolling in Next Level Love League, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Community Standards, and Participation Guidelines, including:

The binding three-month minimum commitment for monthly members (Section 3.1)
The non-refundable nature of all payments (Section 4)
The Pause Policy (Section 5)
The Cancellation Policy (Section 6)

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in Next Level Love League.
