Feminine in Love™ Terms of Service

DESCRIPTION:

Article 1: COURSE DETAILS

I) Course Name: Feminine In Love™

II) Course Description:
Feminine in Love™ is a 12-week self-guided program for women ready to attract aligned, emotionally available partnership. Feminine in Love™ goes beyond tactic-based dating advice and supports you in cultivating authentic confidence, deeper self trust, and powerful connection with your ideal partner. This program helps you uncover and rewire your subconscious blocks in dating, embody your feminine energy with confidence, and attract a relationship that feels fulfilling and supportive.

III) Total Course Fees ("Fees"):

Standard Course:
Pay in Full $1197 (eleven hundred and ninety-seven US dollars). Participant will have complete access to the Course upon payment in full.
There are no refunds available for this course.

Payment Plan:
Three consecutive monthly installments of $399 (three hundred and ninety-nine US dollars).

Participant will receive access to Module 1 and the Bonus Module upon receipt of the first monthly payment.
Participant will receive access to Module 2 upon receipt of the second monthly payment.
Participant will receive access to Modules 3 and 4 upon receipt of the third monthly payment.

V) Course Start Date: Date initial payment received. This date is subject to change at the discretion of the Coach.

VI) Course Availability Following Completion Date:
Access by Participant will be unlimited unless Coach removes the course from its programs or in the event that Participant has been terminated from the program by Coach.

Article 2 - ACCEPTANCE:

By purchasing and participating in the Course, Participant warrants that this Agreement has been read and reviewed and that Participant agrees to be bound by it.

Article 3 - AGE RESTRICTION:

Participant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use this website, participate in the Course or access any services contained herein. Coach assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of Participant’s age.

Article 4 - LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE & ACCESS COURSE MATERIALS:

Any and all information and materials provided to Participant by Coach are for the purpose of assisting Participant in the Course. The Materials may not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon Participant’s completion of the Course or at the termination of this Agreement.

Article 5 – COURSE TERMS:

After purchasing the Course, Participant may begin accessing it at the Course Start Date (specified in Article 1, V). Participant has access to the Course for life, unless Coach terminates the Course per the terms of this Agreement.

The Course and any of its accompanying materials may not be shared with any party. If Coach suspects that the Course or any of its materials are being shared and/or that Participant’s log-in information with any party has been shared, Coach reserves the right to immediately terminate Participant’s access to the Course, in Coach’s sole and exclusive discretion.

Coach does not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to the Course or Course materials. Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that:

A. Participant is solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that are made with regard to this Course, the materials contained within it, or any significant changes to her life.
B. Participant is solely and exclusively responsible for personal decisions and any other actions or inaction that Participant chooses to take.
C. Coach is not liable for any result or consequences that may arise during Participant’s participation in the Course.
D. This Course does not constitute a therapeutic relationship or a medical one. Coach is not licensed to provide therapy or medical services. If such services are needed, Participant is solely responsible for procuring them.

Article 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITATION OF USE:

All materials, concepts, tools, frameworks, language, and content shared by Coach within any program including live sessions, written resources, proprietary methods, teachings, and recorded content are the sole intellectual property of Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.

Client agrees that these materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, taught, repurposed, sold, or shared in any way for commercial or professional purposes including use in any coaching, consulting, therapy, content creation, or business-related context without prior written permission from Coach.

Client further agrees not to claim ownership or authorship over any part of the Feminine in Love curriculum, language, or practices.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may be subject to further legal action as deemed necessary by Coach.

Article 7 - CONTENT YOU POST:

During the participation in the Course and use of the website, Participant may be permitted to post materials to the Course pages, other parts of the website, or the private Community ("User Contributions"). Participant hereby grants Coach a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, display, use, broadcast, transmit, and make derivative works of User Contributions. Coach claims no further proprietary rights to Participant’s User Contributions.

Participant agrees to comply with the Acceptable Use provisions of this Agreement and not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.

Any perceived violation of Participant’s intellectual property rights should be reported immediately to Coach.

Article 8 - NO CONFIDENTIALITY

Participant understands that Feminine in Love™ is a digital course and community experience, not a private coaching container or therapeutic relationship. As such, confidentiality is not guaranteed.

Any comments shared inside community spaces (Facebook Group, Telegram, live calls, chat features, or Q&A submissions) should not be considered private.

The Coach is not responsible for ensuring that information shared by Participants is kept confidential by other Participants.

Participant is solely responsible for the information they choose to share.

Article 9 - USE OF STORIES, COMMENTS & COURSE PARTICIPATION FOR TEACHING + MARKETING

Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Coach may use, share, or reference:

- comments made inside the course platform,

- insights shared on group calls,

- messages posted in Facebook/Telegram,

- wins, breakthroughs, or progress updates,

- questions asked during Q&A,

- or any course-related participation

for teaching, training, or marketing purposes, including inside other programs, written materials, email marketing, social content, ads, or promotional materials.

Coach may use this information with or without identifying details at their discretion.

Article 10 - TESTIMONIALS

Participant grants the Coach full permission to use any testimonial, written statement, feedback, comment, message, or expression of results shared verbally or in writing at any time throughout participation in the program.

This includes permission to use:

- first name

- last initial

- photo

- likeness

- text

- screenshots of comments

in any and all marketing materials now or in the future, without further permission, compensation, or approval.

Participant waives any right to review or approve testimonials prior to publication.

Article 11 – PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

Participant agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information (including credit card details, billing address, and any other required payment information). Participant understands that this information is used solely for processing payment and maintaining access to the Course.

Participant further agrees that:

- Providing false, fraudulent, or inaccurate information

- Attempting to avoid payment

- Attempting chargebacks without first contacting support

- Using the Course or website for unlawful or improper purposes

is grounds for immediate removal from the Course and termination of this Agreement, without refund.

Participant is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for notifying the Coach if unauthorized access is suspected.

No confidentiality is implied or guaranteed regarding participant participation, comments, or engagement inside the Course or its community spaces.

Article 12 - ACCEPTABLE USE

Participant agrees not to use the Course or website for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage the Course, website, or business of the Coach.

Article 13 - REVERSE ENGINEERING & SECURITY

Participant agrees not to:

a) Reverse engineer or disassemble any code or software from or on the Course or website.
b) Violate security through unauthorized access, circumvention, data mining, or interference.

Article 14 - DATA LOSS

Coach does not assume responsibility for the security of Participant’s account or content. Participation is at Participant’s own risk.

Article 15 - INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to defend and indemnify Coach against legal claims arising from participation in the Course, misuse of the website, breach of this Agreement, or related actions. Coach may select its own legal counsel.

Participant is prohibited from using the Course for illegal spam activities.

Article 17 - MODIFICATION & VARIATION

Coach may modify this Agreement at any time. All modifications are effective immediately upon posting.

Article 18 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.

Article 19 - SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Coach may interrupt access for maintenance or emergencies without liability.

Article 20 - TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION:

Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time. Participant may terminate at any time. Early termination does not entitle Participant to a refund.

Article 21 - WARRANTIES

Participation is at Participant’s sole risk. The Course is provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding results.

Article 22 - LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

Coach is not liable for damages arising from participation in the Course or use of the website.

Article 23 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

All general provisions remain unchanged from the original formatting, including language, jurisdiction, arbitration, assignment, severability, no waiver, headings, no agency, force majeure, and permission for electronic communications.
