This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc., a United States corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”), and you, the purchaser and listener of the Dating Decoded private podcast (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”).

By purchasing this product, Participant agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions without modification. This Agreement governs access to and use of the private podcast known as Dating Decoded.

ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCT DETAILS

I) Product Name: Dating Decoded – Private Podcast

II) Product Description:

Dating Decoded is a private podcast experience designed for high-performing men seeking identity-level shifts in their dating life. This product includes three private podcast episodes and one bonus guided visualization titled Attraction Acceleration. The content delivers insight, frameworks, and energetic tools to cultivate emotional leadership, grounded masculine presence, and meaningful connection in dating.

III) Total Product Fee (“Fee”): $33 (thirty-three US dollars), one-time payment. No subscriptions or recurring billing.

IV) Product Access and Delivery:

Upon successful payment, Participant will receive an email containing a private podcast RSS feed link. This feed can be accessed through supported private podcast players and is intended for personal use only.

V) Access Duration: Lifetime access, unless Coach removes the product or access is revoked due to breach of these terms.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing this product, Participant acknowledges having read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms in full.

ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY

Participant must be at least 18 years old to purchase and engage with this content. Coach does not accept responsibility for misrepresentation of age or unauthorized purchase.

ARTICLE 4 – LICENSE AND LIMITED ACCESS

Participant receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the content. No ownership rights are granted. The license is valid for the life of the product unless terminated by Coach in accordance with this Agreement.

Participant may not:

Share or distribute the private podcast RSS feed;

Reproduce, download, upload, or redistribute audio files or transcripts;

Broadcast or publicly play the podcast content;

Create derivative works or modify the audio content in any way;

Use the content for training, consulting, or resale purposes.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITATION OF USE

All materials, concepts, tools, frameworks, language, and content shared by Coach within any program — including but not limited to live sessions, written resources, proprietary methods, teachings, and recorded content — are the sole intellectual property of Emily Freeman Coaching, Inc.

Client agrees that these materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, taught, repurposed, sold, or shared in any way for commercial or professional purposes — including use in any coaching, consulting, therapy, content creation, or business-related context — without prior written permission from Coach.

Client further agrees not to claim ownership or authorship over any part of the Feminine in Love curriculum, language, or practices.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may be subject to further legal action as deemed necessary by Coach.

ARTICLE 6 – CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISTRIBUTION

Due to the sensitive and proprietary nature of this content, Participant agrees to keep all access links and content confidential and for personal use only. Distribution of the RSS feed, bonus content, transcripts, or downloads to any third party, whether for free or for profit, is strictly prohibited.

Coach reserves the right to revoke access without notice or refund if unauthorized sharing or misuse is suspected.

ARTICLE 7 – REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery of the private podcast feed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to user error, dissatisfaction, or failure to access the content due to unsupported platforms or devices.

ARTICLE 8 – TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Participant is responsible for ensuring their device or podcast player supports private RSS feeds. Coach is not responsible for incompatibility with certain apps or platforms. Instructions will be provided upon purchase, but technical troubleshooting is the sole responsibility of the Participant.

ARTICLE 9 – TESTIMONIALS & ANONYMITY

Coach may reference anonymous takeaways or feedback from Participant for educational or marketing purposes. No names or identifiable details will be shared without explicit written permission.

ARTICLE 10 – DISCLAIMER

This product is not therapy, psychological counseling, or medical treatment. The podcast is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

Participant understands and agrees that:

Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist;

This content is not a substitute for professional help;

Participant assumes full responsibility for their actions and results based on the material.

ARTICLE 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of Participant’s use or misuse of the podcast or inability to access it. This includes, but is not limited to, device issues, application incompatibilities, or any loss of income or opportunities.

ARTICLE 12 – PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participant agrees to:

Use the product for personal development only;

Maintain the confidentiality of the podcast access link;

Ensure the accuracy of their contact and billing information;

Not engage in unlawful or harmful conduct in connection with the content or related communities.

Providing false information or engaging in prohibited conduct will result in removal from the program and possible legal consequences.

ARTICLE 13 – TERMINATION

Coach reserves the right to terminate Participant’s access at any time if these terms are violated. No refund will be provided upon termination. Access may also be removed at Coach’s discretion if the product is retired or the delivery platform is discontinued.

ARTICLE 14 – MODIFICATIONS

Coach reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the product page. Continued access constitutes agreement to updated terms.

ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Scottsdale, Arizona.

ARTICLE 16 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Coach regarding Dating Decoded. It supersedes all prior communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
